i put fps limit at 240 works better for me. 0 makes it stutter and im never gonna hit 240 fps on 4 k

I usually get 40-50 fps in lowest like lowest settings I play 0.1 graphics so sadly I cant change anything or my rust will crash

Get a better gpu and turn them all up, problem solved. That requires saving money and waiting. Most people are impatient and end up making the worst buying decisions like paying on computers that suck so this is for those people.
