GC buffer doesn't affect loading speed.
It's the garbage collector's buffer, so if it's really high, you'll experience lag less often but with bigger lag.
if it's really small, you'll have small lags really often

Wow, there's... so much misinformation here it's kind of impressive.

Most of those settings you changed in the NVIDIA control panel will not actually do anything for Rust; for instance, Rust doesn't use OpenGL, so changing the OpenGL settings does nothing. Changing the Low Latency mode in the driver as opposed to the game is likely to make things worse in terms of framerate, not better, as it tells the GPU to never pre-render frames. Letting the game itself handle this is usually better since the game supports Reflex.

Changing the mouse settings in Windows should have no effect in Rust as, unless you've disabled it, the game uses raw input which bypasses mouse accel (except for menus). I mean, you probably shouldn't be using mouse accel anywhere, but it won't change your aiming. Your comments about how it interacts with mouse DPI are just straight up wrong.

I also wouldn't force D3D11 in the command line options - this is especially bad for certain GPUs (like Intel ARC) that perform badly in Dx11. Just about the only setting I would include there is max gibs since that genuinely does something and including it in the launch options ensures it never gets wiped from a config file.

so many mistakes in this. no single threaded actually hurys your perfomrance as rust performs better on a single core. also why disbale accelerated GPU? Thats PC dependant. You just literlaly copy and pasted your settings without doing any research into why. You are lazy and you aren't helping anyone.
