everything is okay other than the graphics settings even if you have high pc specs you should play with lower graphics setting because itll increase fps and you can see through grass and bushes easier. higher is only good it you want the game to look fancy and dont care about pvp

Oh and if you look at the output_log.txt file most of the "command line" functions do not work any more...
changed cpu priority to High

I’ve got a friend with a 3050 6gb getting better fps. I know it’s not a hardware issue I’ve got a 10700k 32G ram and a 2080 super

What hardware are you running? It does not help the rest of us, if we do not have some baseline to compare too. If you have a RTX4090 and I have a GTX1080ti, none of these will really help.
