omg, we have the same isp, gateway and setup. Interesting video. Was wondering this myself but have been unable to plug in the Ethernet cable because the gateway is far away. Glad to see this confirms my gut feeling that going through the hassle of running the cable through my walls will not be worth it. my ping is more steady than my fps with wifi 6 so I can't complain.

Plot twist, ping in wifi is really bad depending in the version of the wifi and it gets worse if you download or upload files or stream video while gaming, in ethernet is not so noticeable

Ethernet used to be vastly better than most wifi, but wifi has gotten a lot better over time.
Most modern devices will be just as fast, regardless of if it's ethernet or wifi.
Still, you're right in that ethernet is more stable, and potentially more consistent.

perfect way to describe it... both connections may have the same speeds most of the time, but ethernet will always be more consistent than wifi
