One-Handed vs Two-Handed / Tennis Backhand Comparison

Which one should I use more often: one-handed or two-handed backhand? :)

I hit one handed backhands but i’m teaching my kids 2 handed. Both are beautiful and good “weapons” when all the puzzle pieces are there.

I think your right hand is too much band on contact ( two hands) but everybody has his own technique

1 hander...your 2 hander may have had more power though 🎾
