Anyone saying 14 gen and 15 gen are the same is completely wrong it is like saying Intel and AMD are the same there is a huge difference. The IGPU is as strong as a 3050 GPU. The A20 node is going to have a 20% performance per watt improvement over the previous generation so 15 gen could use 100 watts and outperform a 14-gen CPU that is using 300 watts. Increased cache sizes. the A20 node can approach its maximum core speed more effectively because it operates in intervals of 16 MHz instead of the traditional 100 MHz. This smaller interval allows it to fine-tune its performance and reach speeds that are closer to its maximum potential. It's going to use CAMM2 which will be a huge performance gain.

Intel benchmarks might be good but I'm sure it's no different than a space heater. The Ryzen 9000 series can achieve great results while not chugging tons of power to do it.
