4:20 - While the slide shown isn't what we intended, it still makes our point. We're still at the 16 core mark and basically nothing has changed spec-wise with Ryzen 9000 since Ryzen 7000.

There is something wildly amusing about seeing Linus navigate the world as if hes hosting a wildlife documentary

“Just like I predicted”.

Man took his Chief Vision Officer role to a whole new level.

You know, props to Linus and the shooter for making what's basically the most cinematographically interesting info-dump I've ever watched. The shot variety and the transitions made everything really engaging, that pull-up gag was great lmao.

Intel's complacency years back gave AMD an edge. Just hoping AMD doesn’t get complacent now. The tech world definitely needs constant innovation and better solutions, especially for budget users.

Intel and AMD will definitely have their share of the market. TSMC is at max capacity and investing in other semiconductor companies will be an absolute power move, I keep increasing my shares manageably. Different chips are good at different things and Nvidia has been very specialised, which leaves other aspects of Al open.

Seeing Linus roaming in Taipei streets and parks is a weird but positive feeling for me being a Taiwanese. Hope you had a good time here anyway!

Bro flew to Taiwan to play tennis with a very distant friend. Heard the conversation from one of your podcasts.

It feels surreal the block you're filming is like 30 mins walk from my place

X3D has been incredible. Can't wait for 9000X3D launch

Really liked the direction this video took! It felt authentic to the LTT videos of old (instead of the big IMPACT LETTERS in some other videos) and was well-paced and well-shot to where it held me the entire time

Missed this old school style of videos, no music, no nonsense, just straight talk.

If Intel doesn't step up in the CPU game I do hope Snapdragon gets threatening enough for AMD to try harder and avoid stagnation.

Linus, im sorry you are lost in a foreign country. Im glad you are at least taking the opportunity to make videos for us, and enjoy playing on playgrounds your own size. Im sure you will find everything you need to survive in your LTT Backpack, and i hope you find your way to the convention. Good Luck!

Bro just didn't notice that it only gets at most 10% faster compared to Intel and Ryzen 7000, while being 100$ more expensive

3:00 so nice that in Taiwan everything is Linus-sized.

100% agreed with Linus’ concerns on their budget lineup. What AMD are doing at the high end level is very good, especially with their X3D chips. But we need more options from them at the lower end like the Ryzen 3s

Wanted to point out a small correction: when Linus is talking about the 5900XT and how it's "the same".. it's not. The 5900x model was only 12 core, 24 thread.
