I love your WORST Reviewed episodes more than the BEST ones becasue from an entertainment perspective it is always a win-win: it will either be a gloriously horrendous kitchen nightmares-esque meal or they'll completely redeem themselves which is equally as fun to watch. Loved you on "Is It Cake?" hope Netflix get you in as a guest judge on some of their other baking shows.

It's so nice to have seen this channel back when it was meme'd out for Five Guys, and then have it pop back into my feed, reviewing restaurants and giving them fair shakes for quality and service against their review scores. That's some positivity we sorely need these days, and I'm glad to see it.

I think a lot of the time when a place has bad reviews and a low score it's possible it's popular and very good but people don't review when it's good. Whenever it's bad you can Guarantee folk will take the time to complain. It's not always a fair representation

The food did look good. With these reviews, it's a hit or miss. Some days are good and some days the service and food honestly are bad.

it may have a low yelp rating but its google rating is a 4.2 with 5x more reviews so its not exactly an actually low rated place.

Agree, all the lime and salsa do is add or change the flavor profile. If the meat is dry. It's dry!

I was a cook in several high end restaurants for about ten years and it's both incredibly important and incredibly DIFFICULT to be consistently great. If you don't have the entire staff on point every single day something is going to slip through . It's so easy to just get the food on the plate and get it out so you can do the next one and over and over and over . A great manager or chef will find ways to make the employees care and love putting out the best dishes they can but thats rare .

WIthout Yelp's undermining reviews, the food and ambiance of this establishment looked like it had potential to become a great place. The first tacos you've sampled at Plaza Azteca are the birria quesatacos with the consumme cup on the side, and I"m glad you liked it.

Like I was saying before on the 1st video... A good authentic taco doesn't even need lime or salsa, because the meat was moist and well prepared, including the toppings... Salsa n limes are not going to help a dry taco🌮 💯...

Glad there's someone out representing for the "underdog". People tend to say and so things off impulse. An eye opening experience. Can't always judge a book by its cover... You doing great work for small businesses that struggled but are trying their best to come back. Low reviews damage a business even after they have fixed the problem because the reviews don't just disappear so it's awesome to see you do some justice to the ones out there that don't deserve those ratings.

I feel like restaurants should have two separate reviews. One review for the quality of the food and one review for the customer service.

This video is the very reason why I love your videos and respect you as a food reviewer. This place got slammed into the ground, you even had doubts before going in, but you didn't take any assumptions in with you, gave them a fair shot and came out raving about how great it was. All too often people will dive onto the bandwagon and just say what people expect them to say, but not you, you are fair and honest; if it's bad, you better believe you're gonna tell us, if it's good, you're gonna sing it's praises. You, sir, are a legend.

Thanks for being in there pitching for the non-chains. People can be so stupid with their reviews and it's so nice that you both recognize good food *and* recognize that the people working there are just that--people. People with good days and bad days and that one off moment shouldn't condemn the whole restaurant.
