this deserved a subscribe. As a restaurant owner, hindi po madali mag serve ng pagkain. customers wait, chefs cooks. Sa POV ng nagluluto, madali lang yung ginagawa nila kasi nga MAY GINAGAWA sa POV naman ng customer, matagal kasi naghihintay lang sila matagal talaga mag hintay. Customer din ako pero pagnatatagal an pagkain ko, naiintindihan ko yun pero pagmatagal na nga, hilaw at hindi pa masarap. okay magagalit na ako. At saka yung mga reviews online hindi ko naman masasabi ma legit yun lahat kasi hindi naman lahat ng kumakain dun nagbibigay ng review online. siguro yung mga natatamaan lang ang ego at stand nila na dapat mabilis ang service ng restaurant kaya ganun.

Note: Mas ok na matagal dumating yung fried chicken pero mainit at lutong-luto siya. Kesa naman sa mabilis nga, eh dugo pa ang loob, parang Jollibee lang, pag-hinarabas nila yung frying machine, ayun pink pa loob. Pink chicken means meron sasakay sa ambulansya.

- Pagmalamig ang Mantika; Matagal bago uminit ito, lalo na kung mag-deep frying ka. Pero pag- mainit naman; pasok na siya sa tamang cooking temp. Pwede na mag-drop ng Manok, pansin ninyo mabilis naman na luto.

-pag nasa labas ang isa sa waiters; means nag-tatawag yan ng Customers; pero bakit kaya nag-uusap-usap lang sila? Lagot kayo sa Amo ninyo pagnapanood niya itong vid lol

- Sana yung Kitchen Staff, maging initiative at observant na lang; Back-up ng stocks, pre-heat yung deep fryer kung meron pumasok na Customers. Observe temperature and cooking time para sakto ang labas ng orders. Di biro maging kitchen staff; kailangan lagi ka handa, meron lagi sipag.

It takes roughly about 15-20 minutes to fully cook wings from a raw state. I'd be worried if the chicken came out less than 10 minutes. Then it would be chicken that has been reheated.

I loved how you mention that chicken takes time to cook. Some people think all restaurants are fastfood 😅 They prolly never tried cooking.

Nakaka sad lang na may iba na di makaintindi. Di yan fastfood na may naka ready na at iinitin na lang. Tapos pag hilaw mag rereklamo din kaloka.

Let's help small businesses at bago mag bigay ng bad rating maging objective muna. Mahirap maka apekto sa business nila yun at may mga empleyado din na umaasa sa kanila.

That's why I always leave honest reviews. Pag satisfied talaga, 5 stars. Pag may konting sablay, 4. Pag ok lang, 3. Pag may kulang sa order, 2 or 3 - depende sa item na kulang. Di ako nagbibigay ng 1 star kasi food is food. It deserves some respect for filling my tummy (kahit di ganun kasarap o kasulit).

Grabe to solid, As employee in Food Industry napaka hirap magbigay ng Excellent Satisfaction thru Food and Customer Service especially sa rush or peak hours ng operations or kahit sa lean Highly respect pa din sa reviews and rating ng other customers since yun yung na-experience nila. But lahat ng bad reviews or experience na nakukuha in all aspects ginagamit ito to improve better services. Subscriber mo na ko idol. Looking forward sa another video mo with the same concept and content! more power! peace

i think the red flag abt this restaurant is how they ask u for ur order even before sitting in and how the staff didn't answer when they ask for a refill.

Totoo yung sinabi nila, unang pumasok sa isip ko is kung may kasabayan sila talagang tatagal yung pag serve ng chicken up to 30 minutes, lalo na kung iniingatan nila na wag masayang yung mga niluluto nila kasi posible naman ma overcook kapag ininit lang
Hindi naman sila "Fast Food" tsaka hindi rin siguro nila alam pa kung kailan nila isasakto yung dami ng luto nila para makapag prepare hindi tulad ng jollibee, or kung ano pang sikat na unli wings meron na siguro silang data kung gaano karami dapat niluluto nila ng araw na yun at ng oras na yun

I worked in this kind of business before. And masasabi ko lang, usually kapag po 1st customer matagal talaga yung service kasi nag pe-prepare pa po, and then nag pe-pre heat pa po ng deep fryer. Medyo matagal po magpainit ng mantika sa deep fryer, kaya nag tatagal po talaga. Kaya dapat pag open ng resto pinapainit agad yung fryer kahit wala pang customers, para pag may umorder mabilis makaka luto. Yun lang medyo aksayado sya sa gas (or electricity)

Sanay kasi mga pinoy sa Fastfood. Yung tipong after order andyan na agad ang pagkain. Sa ibang bansa, normal lang talaga yung wait time lalot maganda naman quality ng food. If you want faster service, go to a fastfood chain, yun ang disenyo nila.

I once work in an unli-wings restaurant. Most of the people really love the food and customer service although it wasn't perfect. And when things didn't go right, that is only when they will make a review which destroyed its reputation.

Nasa waiters/waitress din kc kung bakit mababa ung review. If the customers are not greeted with a smile and warm welcome, matic ma eexperience mo ung bad vibes, and waiting for 7-8mins will feel like waiting forever. And they should also give a heads up on how long it will take for the meal to be served, not giving proper expectations will lead to bad customer experience. If it'll take longer to serve, you can always go back to the customers, apologize and tell them you need more time to cook or whatever.
