In this video, Dr. Neville discusses the origins of body-wide chronic inflammation. In a nutshell, you can reduce chronic inflammation by controlling the dysregulated cortisol output caused by Adrenal Fatigue. How do we do this?

Well, for a start, there are 4 simple (yet challenging for most of us!) ways to help your body regulate physiology so it can reduce chronic inflammation. This reduces your chances of cardiovascular and autoimmune disease, metabolic syndrome, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. Of course, in treatment there's a bit more to it than these 4 steps, but this is a great way to start!

➕ Why cortisol is to blame for chronic inflammation and pain
➕ How Inflammation causes cardiovascular and metabolic disease
➕ When to steer clear of immunosuppressants
➕ 22 years of helping people with immunity and Adrenal Fatigue

ABOUT DR. ANDREW NEVILLE

Andrew Neville is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. For over 20 years, he has assessed and treated patients with Adrenal Fatigue from all over the United States. A graduate of Bastyr University's Naturopathic School of Medicine, Dr. Neville interned under the pioneer in the field of Adrenal Dysfunction, Dr. Gerald Poesnecker.

Neville was a victim of Adrenal Fatigue himself. Getting through that devastating experience led him to the study of naturopathic medicine. He's now helped over 6,000 people overcome serious adrenal problems. You've likely been put through the wringer trying to find a way out from your adrenal nightmare, just as Dr. Neville was.

While others take an impersonal, one-size-fits-all attitude to providing care, Dr. Neville finds the best way to help is by taking a more personal and tailored approach. He develops an authentic rapport during your appointments and treats you with compassion, dignity, and respect.

In addition to his connection with patients, Dr. Neville heals Adrenal Fatigue, a stress response system dysfunction. He focuses on healing the underlying cause of your debilitating symptoms:

→ Exhaustion or burnout
→ Anxiety and "wired but tired" energy
→ Brain fog and ADHD
→ Recurring Epstein-Barr Virus
→ Hypothyroidism & Hashimoto’s
→ Fibromyalgia, bodywide pain & inflammation
→ Frequent illness and immune weakness
→ IBS and other digestive disorders
→ Ovarian hormone imbalances

Dr. Neville is the Director of Clymer Healing Center, which first opened its doors in 1968. (To date, ours is, by far, the longest-running clinic in the USA solely dedicated to adrenal care.)

Dr. Neville sees patients in the US and Canada via HIPAA-compliant Zoom consultations.

Than you! Yes, even the smallest amount of exercise causes me more fatigue, more inflammation and more pain. If I lay around too much, I hurt, if I move too much I hurt. It's hard to know what to do.

I was diagnosed with M.E and ADHD (M.e 6 years ago, ADHD 4 years ago) I had Cauda equina X2 in the summer of 2022 and things have just gotten so much worse. I woke one day in march last year with muscle fasciculations and severe cramp in my right leg (nerve damage from Cauda equina left too long) the muscle fasciculations are now all over my body 24/7. Plus cramps in places I didn't know you could get cramps. I've had an incredibly stressful life, reasons I won't get into but yes, constant state of overwhelm anxiety and stress. My symptoms have been getting worse. POTS type symptoms, problems with feeling like I was having a hypo after food, racing heart rate, blood pressure dropping, flank and kidney pain, severe migraines and insomnia. Finally got my GP to do bloods, turns out my cortisol is very low! I was surprised, I thought it would of been very high. I need to fix myself, how do I do that with ongoing stresses and ADHD with M.E? 😢

Excellent recommendations! I’m working on all of them. Almost 3 years out with Post Viral Syndrome—my circadian rhythm and autonomic nervous system dysregulated. I like how concise this video is and have saved it to remind me to include each thing into my daily routine. Thank you 😊

Thank you for this post. Very helpful. I'm wondering if you've used the high sensitivity CRP test to measure changes in inflammation? I think it's relatively new. Here's what it says on the Mayo Clinic website: "A high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) test is more sensitive than a standard C-reactive protein test. That means the high-sensitivity test can find smaller increases in C-reactive protein than a standard test can"
