Honestly, after 33 years of Menierre's, vestibular migraine, tinnitus, pppd, bppv after chiropractor that never resolved, deafness; everything I tried set me back a bit further; PT, chiropractor, meds, tons of supplements. Thank God I was able to have a teaching career and two sons. I am worn out. Yoga was the most helpful. I pray for a cure. I get up and get busy with my life everyday and usually get smacked down. If I listened to the dizziness, I would have had no life. It is a cruel disorder. Erosive. I keep praying for all who suffer.

This video could seriously change my life. I stay close to my bedroom a lot, watching TV, because it's the only place that I don't experience chronic dizziness. I'm nervous about taking a walk, exercising or even going to the mall because my world is spinning and it's so frustrating. I'm getting out of the house this week! I can't wait to try these techniques and attempt to live a normal life again.

It works exactly like having tinnitus which I’ve had for years and now recently also have gotten PPPD. If you train your brain to ignore it you won’t notice it. But it does take time and the road will have lots of ups and downs for sure. Everyone’s journey is different but it can be done. Anxiety 100% plays a massive part in all of it. Keeping busy is very important. If you dwell on it you will be stuck in an endless loop

Thank you for reminding me what I already know. A series of calamitous events have
overwhelmed me to the point where I feel a loss of self control- a flooded apartment during
hurricane Ida where I lost a huge amount of my possesions, black mould, a series of desparate moves, then covid on top of bronchitis, flu and emphysema... plus fatigue from
radiation for cancer, multiple deaths of friends and family, loss of a deeply bonded relationship, the stress of the political traumas of war and fascisim normalized in our country... no wonder I forget I still have some control over my body and mind! Your message of hope feels like a life saver on this particular night of hell that can still be
turned into the experience of gratitude for all I still am able to do even with my vertigo and
vestibular migraine. THANK YOU!

Free???? Thank you so I will be using all these and I will join your membership. I have been suffering from PPPD for 7 years and no one has any idea what this was. I have had nearly every test for other things and everything came back normal. After some research last night I finally found info about PPPD and this fits like a glove. Finally I have hope of driving again. I am 44 and our kids are still young. We just moved here from across country and my husband works all week long. I've also gotten so uncomfortable just being a passenger in vehicle when he takes us out. I have been unable to drive safely since Nov 2020.

Thank you Dr.Yonit

Actually am suffering from this PPPD for more than a year and i went for too many doctors with different specialties and no one could recognize the issue with dizziness. Currently i have start watching your videos and hopefully i will get better.

For a while i felt this thing is destroying my life, i cant work properly, i always leave my job from afternoon or some times before. Dizziness is not something you can just live with it and accept it! its awful feeling + what ever you do by eating well and sleeping well you see nothing is going right!!

Thank You,

I been suffering for a year now and this channel has been a god send. The last week I felt myself coming around. I tried to go play basketball but I didn’t get the chance. But just the fact I went thru with it was a good sign. Then it was all downhill. People around me became unruly. Family became a nuisance.. then it came back.. now I feel like I’m back at one… I hate it.

As a chronic vestibular manager I highly agree with this. 1) my advise to people has been to try and forgot about it. Or “don’t give it air time”. When you pretend it is not real you can mentally block it out. 2) I’ve been doing Wim Hof breathing for 2 years now. This breathing manages the para and sympathetic nervous system and it totally works.

3) not mentioned here but related to para sympathetic management is Ice baths. Whenever my symptoms go bonkers 3 minutes in the ice bath brings my world back into normal.
