That was those guy's act. It's why they were cast. They wrote all their dialogue and taught Barbara Billingsley her "jive" lines as well. Outstanding! Very clever.

Randy: Oh, good.
Jive Lady: He said that he’s in great pain and he wants to know if you can help him.
Randy: All right. Would you tell him to just relax and I’ll be back as soon as I can with some medicine?
Jive Lady: [to the Second Jive Dude] Jus’ hang loose, blood. She gonna catch ya up on da’ rebound on da’ med side.
Second Jive Dude: What it is, big mama? My mama no raise no dummies. I dug her rap!
Jive Lady: Cut me some slack, Jack! Chump don’ want no help, chump don’t GET da’ help!
First Jive Dude: Say ‘e can’t hang, say seven up!
Jive Lady: Jive ass dude don’t got no brains anyhow!

Just imagine how June Cleaver delivers those lines at dinner with her husband and sons. You can imagine Ward choking on his beer while Wally and Beaver listen in awe.

I didn't understand what they were saying or even what the joke was when I first saw this back when I was about 8 or 10 years old, but for some reason I laughed when the old lady said, "Cut me some slack, Jack!" 😂

We watched it here in English (somewhere in the Middle East) when we were kids and had no idea what Jive is and who Barbara BIllingsley was. We were still laughing our asses off not knowing what the hell was going on...
