I hated my braces growing up. I had them for 4 years 2002-2006. Those things cut up my cheeks and I still have big scars at 32 years old. I also hated how they looked on myself. I’m glad to hear that things have advanced with braces where the process is a little less painful and easier.

In germany we almost exclusively work with alginate and silicone, because we are so technically developed.
