Working the case himself, he basically admitted knowing the who's amd what's, but didnt oursue any actuon due to the suspects were, "Unfortunately too well connected." Many more crimes were committed due to the cover up, pretty fuccin sad man. Hit her by accident, panicked, and violated her? Doesmt sound plausible. Sounds like a bit more fabrication than the truth which does probably rest somewhere in thise claims.
