Cop-killing suspect has chilling courtroom outburst

Luis Bracamontes, accused of killing a California deputy and detective in 2014, laughed in court during his murder trial Tuesday in Sacramento. In a chilling outburst, he threatened to kill more law enforcement officers. Tony Lopez reports for CBS Sacramento.

There was a case in my town in the UK in which an 8 year old girl was attacked and her throat was slit in front of her parents on mother's day on a park full of people. The woman who killed her got 8 years on a plea of insanity. I think the only insane people in these cases are the lawyers defending the offenders and the judges handing out the sentences.
