The calabrian chili paste can be gotten at trader joes under the name "Bomba" for only a few dollars as opposed to every online store charging way to much.

Brad! I'm so happy you chose Aji Amarillo! The easiest meal you can make is Papa Huancaina! Boiled potatoes topped with a blended sauce of the Aji Amarillo, galletas (crackers), and farmers cheese. Garnish with olive and hardboiled egg.

Gochujang on grilled cheese is pretty killer too.

Yellowbird is one of my favorites! I was living in Austin when it was first introduced and now I can’t live without it. I’m very happy they have a wider distribution now, so I can find it basically wherever I am.

YELLOW BIRD HABENERO CONDIMENT! I love that stuff. I first had it on a grilled cheese. Its everywhere in Austin, but was hard to find at the store for a long time. But now I have a giant bottle in my fridge. It's probably my 50th one. It goes on everything.

The orange habanero el yucateco is my go to. It's got a more complex flavor than the just spicy of the green one.
