Tbh this is the first video I watched where they went back to the test kitchen post Covid, post the 2020 scandal/exodus. It almost feels like stepping into an alternative universe seeing all these unfamiliar faces in this very familiar physical space. Almost like going back to your old high school: the place is still the place, but the people you made those fond memories with are all gone. A strange feeling. (That said still good to see good old Brad, Chris and some new faces though!)

a cold place breakfast is radically different to a hot/warm place one. but... a plain focaccia, with carpaccio with olive oil, fresh parmesan shreds and lill dark mustard, with thin red onion slices and fresh basil, is my perfect morning sandwich...

Chris wins. Classic sandwich with the key breakfast components, egg, cheese, and a meat. It also isn't complex like many of the others so nice quick and easy.
