Police say plenty of security on hand for Copa America final in Miami

CBS News Miami's Peter D'Oench spoke with Miami-Dade Police, who say they'll make sure there isn't a repeat of what happened at Wednesday's game.

Alcohol and angry, passionate fans from two rival fan bases is not a good mix. There will absolutely, 100% be fights in the stands in this game. Guaranteed. Its good for the police to be there but I doubt they will keep fights from happening. Alcohol is the main culprit. They lack experience in this country with a sport like futbol. In South America, they divide the stadium seats into designated sections for both teams so the fan bases are not together. When you mix everyone together all over the stadium, that is a hazard. The USA needs to get on the ball if they are going to host the World Cup. They need to get a clue on how to run a tournament. The fields are horrible, the prices are outrageous, the entire thing has not been well thought of. They have very little time to get things right. Qatar has raised the bar and the USA is looking like a third world country right now when it comes to organizing these types of events.
