Definitely not the smartest way to get your heart rate up. Unless you’re looking for an asystole PR.

I had to use 2 of those on my wife and drove her to the hospital... We have some great guys at our local FD, and it was on the way. Being smart, and the wife having a hard time... Didn't take any thought, I pulled into the FD honking. As they came out I said we needed help and started giving info on times, meds, and patients'weight. They had vitals within a minute.
God bless you guys. I know advanced first aid... But I can't do everything, and I know it.

In the wilderness survival video game _The Long Dark, _ you can use EpiPens (occasionally found in first aid kits) to gain a temporary adrenaline boost, but it makes your vision go blurry (and also green/magenta anaglyph) and you might pass out or even die. I learned that the hard way (in-game, obviously; I’m not stupid enough to use a real EpiPen on myself IRL), but I’m not sure if it was the stroke that killed me or if I died of hypothermia from being passed out in the snow.
