I live with Type 1 Diabetes, but was misdiagnosed with Type 2 diabetes before I was got the correct diagnosis.

I started talk about Semaglutide in 2017, before it was on any of your radars. So don't come at me crazy.

I have a diabetes blog covered by The New York Times, Washington Post, Eat This Not That, CNN, and lots of other pubs. You don't need to talk down to me, I know what I'm talking about.

Lastly, Semaglutide IS approved for weight loss by the FDA. That doesn't mean VANITY weight loss, it means obesity management.

Some of y'all need a lesson in Googling a source. I'm well-versed in diabetes care. Come correct before you try to fight me.

I’m not diabetic but I am overweight and very scared to even try Ozempic. The side effects sound terrible and I am just not a fan of diarrhea.

It sounds like a lie by the company to make there sales to stay steady. It will last 56 days exactly whether refrigerated at 35 degrees or left in 85 degree weather. It isn't clicking.

Actually semeglutide is FDA approved for weight loss. It’s NOT off label if you’re doctor is prescribing it for weight loss. Also, I used a syringe that was over a year old and it worked perfectly.

It’s shocking that they don’t adapt the amounts in accordance with the dosage. It looks like the same amount is in the 0.25 pen as is in the 0.5 pen 🤷‍♀️

I just started tonight 7/19 I am starting at 0.5 mg dosage. If there is still medicine in the tube can I keep using the pen ? I have a full month dosage which is only 30 days.

there was a research by military, investigating if meds can be used after expiration dates. it showed that yes, meds are safe up to 10 years after e.d. some are not as effective, but others last longer, to 15 years, in their effectiveness. so, as long as liquid is not clouded, I would use it, since it is mentioned by manufacturer that if in mew pen liquid is clouded due to improper storage- it should not be used.
