I'm looking forward to a potential housing crisis to make affordable purchases when I sell some properties in 2025. Additionally, I'm considering investing in stocks as a backup plan. Every single house near me is 400k plus and they are ranches!!! The two story houses are 600k plus some are close to a million. I’m never going to be able to move out!!!!

Yea 80 degree summers are nice but why leave out the 9 other months that are cold, dark, and full of snow? The same reason that you left out that hot places on the summer time have 9 other months that are not as hot and quite nice; biased reporting/discussion
