I'm looking forward to a potential housing crisis to make affordable purchases when I sell some properties in 2025. Additionally, I'm considering investing in stocks as a backup plan. Any suggestions on the optimal timing for making these investments? I've been noticing significant trading earnings, but there are concerns about the market being unstable and going through a dead cat bounce. Could you shed some light on why this market phenomenon occurs?

Every single house near me is 400k plus and they are ranches!!! The two story houses are 600k plus some are close to a million. I’m never going to be able to move out!!!!

Let’s keep interest rates high, keep raising home prices, AND also say there is more inventory available. The housing market is in complete shambles and NEEDS a correction for both home sellers and buyers.

The problem with New Jersey isn't just the weather. To survive that place you either need a Wall Street job or you need to work for the state/city government. Otherwise you're just getting robbed living in a place like that.

Yea 80 degree summers are nice but why leave out the 9 other months that are cold, dark, and full of snow? The same reason that you left out that hot places on the summer time have 9 other months that are not as hot and quite nice; biased reporting/discussion
