I found reducing fluid around food and reducing my fiber and fat has helped. I'm eating more processed foods and it's definitely easier to digest than whole foods which are high fiber. Also taking gaviscon after the bigger meals. Good luck and love to everyone in recovery fighting 🙌💞

You are right on the money. My GI doctor’s number one advice for me has been to gain weight. The body stops producing the enzymes to digest food and food moves slowly through your GI tract. He gave me creon to help but I have found eating more and bigger meals has helped.

I've been literally waiting for you to elaborate more on the nausea thing as I thought I was never "too malnourished" to get it but I did and it definitely freaked me out. And also thank you cuz once I stumbled upon your videos I decided to recover and I've been doing that for some time now. Thank you, angel 💞💞

Something I also noticed is that if I’m nauseous and know I need to eat or I feel so full and bloated but know that I need to eat, I’ll eat standing up and that way I’m able to get food down and the nausea will sometimes subside but even if the nausea doesn’t subside I still ate!

thank you so much for all your videos!!! You're such an angel -you've really helped me come a long way in my recovery. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have come across your channel. You've changed my outlook on "health and fitness" and I feel like I have become a much happier human being. But I still have this tendency to eat massive amounts of food until I am completely stuffed and my stomach HURTS (a lot) at every meal (esp dinner). I don't have immense hunger, but I keep eating even after I feel full until I physically cannot eat anymore (I'm ignoring my "satiety signals" now, instead of my hunger cues...) It's insane and I can never sleep well because my stomach feels so distended. I have no idea why I do this - I am not restricting anymore or doing much exercise. I am seriously worried that I'm going to damage my gastrointestinal tract because of this crazy eating. Did you experience this? Could you give me some advice on what to do? thank you <3

…am I the only one having trouble feeling the hunger? I followed a scheduled of eating before(any one knows about the G-plan?) I would eat the certain amount of food at a certain time, no matter I'm hungry or not. I can't listen to my body…she refused to talk to me…

Taking 1 teaspoon of bi carb soda in glass of water, really helps get rid of nausea as it lowers the ph in stomach. And it gets rid of the discomfort associated with it. I personally love drinking it when i feel sick.

I cant eat spicy or high fat. My insides burn with black pepper as well plz plz help. what foods can i eat.

I always keep burping after meals and sometimes food comes up. Why would that be?

My acid reflux has been absolutely horrible since I've stopped purging I've never ever had it before and have to take medication now every morning . Will it ever stop ?

Nausea and acid reflux are currently my worst side effects 🤮😞
