You CAN uninstall hax and formating after region changing IF you flashed system files by a dump of a console have the same region.
For exemple, have a jpn and usa console, you want to change the region of USA to jpn. You do a ctrtransfert and flash system files with the dump of the jpn console and the USA console is now jpn!

I could see this happening to someone who tries to uninstall the hacks in order to sell the 3ds and forgot to region change it back.

Hello! I planned to completely remove CFW, format the console and rewrite it to a new memory card, in the end I incorrectly deleted CFW from Godmode and formatted the memory card, now the console does not turn on and the blue light is on. Can I somehow fix the problem? (memory card is empty on the console, only CFW HAX is removed from Godmode)

i bricked my 2ds xl after removing the cfw AND restoring factory settings, it wasnt region changed tho. Can this method work for me?
The DS refuses to go pass the internet-option after you set it up after stock options, it´s a loop since it always reboots after trying to pass the internet set up step.

Unfortunately my little cousin (11) bricked his 2DS by deleting every single file off his SD card (he has no NAND file)

One time, i bricked my original ds. When i clicked power button, it did nothing unless going to uninstall. I made the toturial with twiglight menu and it works! Now my ds works like normal
