If you're having issues with your console hopefully it's something simple like a missing file for Luma or you haven't updated CFW and/or updated the console. Those issues are easy to fix and you can fix that by updating the CFW files on the SD card. Sometimes its much worse, so the same set of files can't fix everything. If you aren't sure, feel free to send me a message at my store. I won't share the solution I used here to fix this console as it may cause harm to your console if the problem you're having isn't the same or the files are out of date.

This happen to me when I modded my 3ds when I saw it I got scared and put the sd card in my computer and deleted all the files. I followed a modding guide again and it worked. THANK GOD

I have a Dsi that won't turn on even though the battery is fully charged. The top screen also has colored lines on it. I sent it out to get fixed, but the team said it's beyond their abilities. I really want to be able to get that system ruhning again since I have old pictures and Flipnotes saved on the system. I don't wanna lose all that data, ya know? So I'm stuck trying to find someone who can get it working again. Do you know how to fix a DSi? If so, I'd love to have some help.

I modded mine as soon as the announcement came that the eShop was closing. Originally I used a 64GB Micro SD on an original 3DS XL, but I've since gone back to the original because the 64GB would occasionally give the illusion of the system being bricked, which was fixed by taking the SD card out. However, I would also take it out every time I wanted to add more content to the software, and I learned too late that taking an SD card (or Micro SD card with the adapter) out too many times can mess up the springs in the port. This ended up breaking my adapter. The port is now in working condition again, with the original SD card inserted

After that would you replace the new alphanumeric folder with your old one as well as restore your backed up sysnand save with godmode9.

That 3ds is missing the boot.firm and boot.3dsx files. I fixed one recently like that.

I have a original 3DS, it was modded I think with Luma, about 2017, it was an update that I didn't make that softbrick the console, the only solution by that time was opening the console and by wires, conect it to a computer to update the nand, now I'll try this, let's see what happens

Luma3DS is not written into the ctrnand AND this 3ds does not have the latest version of Luma3DS cfw

Hello and thank you for the Video! I'm trying to unbrick a used modded 2ds with the same error but pressing those buttons wont boot up on the safe mode screen, just gives me the same error. This happens even when the SD card is out of the system. The same exact error you showed! And in some cases booting it with the button method to boot safe mode, it boots up but keeps showing a black screen and never gets to the safe mode menu. Any thoughts at all?

I have a homebrew problem, with this newest update for the 3DS, it bricks any console that doesn’t have the homebrew updated, (which bricked my old 2DS) and I want to ask you,
¿What happens with the data?
¿It can be recovered?
¿It won’t happen anything to the 2DS if I replace the SD card?
I ask you these questions, because I am living in Mexico right now, and because I have my 2DS collecting dust for the past 3 months...
