Mine had the same problem and I shove a piece of paper In with it and it will read the cart only if there’s something wedged in with it

I think the only time I used the cart slot was for a DS flash cart, and OOT to softmod my 3DS.

might have to send my 3SD in to you, mine can read the games but not immediately, but i don't want to ridk losing it since it's the LoZ majora's mask 3ds, that cost me 400 because scalpers exist

I have a 3ds xl that's not charging. No matter where I plug it in and no matter what charger I use the charging light just doesn't turn on. I also have a similar problem with my 2ds xl where the charging light shows but it doesn't actually charge any battery

Actually that's called the Nintendo 3DS not DS, cuz the 3ds display 3D but DS doesn't have 3D
