There are two fundamentally different circumstances that can exist:
1). One is if the judgment debtor is married but the judgment is only against one of the two people.

2). And the other circumstance is where the judgment is against both husband and wife or if the judgment debtor is a single person.

Thank you!!!❤️❤️ I'm going to lay down some truth to this creditor. We only make $500 a week Gross, and have 4 kids. It's not a debt on both of us. Thank you.

I’m in Florida & am currently going through a garnishment. Both my savings & checking accts were frozen on 11/8/18 & they have been frozen ever since then. I’ve been in contact w both Zwicker & Associates & my bank, Suncoast Credit Union & neither will give me a clear answer as to what’s going on. According to Zwicker & Associates, they’re waiting on Suncoast to send over the writ of garnishment to them so they can file it in the court & let the judge sign off on it. I’ve spoken w Suncoast & they say they’ve alrdy sent the writ of garnishment over to Zwicker. I’m totally lost but I’ve been almost 3 wks w/out having access to my accts or my checks from work since I have direct deposit. Is there any advice you have to help me get access to my accts again?
