Mayak Eggs 🥚 (TRENDING Korean marinated soft boiled eggs)

For those days you don't feel like cooking...

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tsp salt (for boiling eggs)
- 1 Korean red chilli pepper (sub with jalapeño)
- 1 Korean green chilli pepper (sub with jalapeño)
- 2 stalks green onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp sesame seeds

*Can be refrigerated up to one week in an air-tight container.

I made mayak eggs recently and let me tell you too much soy sauce can definitely be a thing! I did reuse the sauce afterwards with cucumber chunks as a quick side dish!
