I made a fire style jutsu called Flame Fist Jutsu (May change it), it's not a piercing type jutsu or explosion type, it's more of a burst type, it releases flaming chakra to blast opponent's away. It's weakness is that it needs precise chakra control to be used, too much chakra and you will burn your hand, too little and you won't be able to release it

The hand signs are Tiger, Boar, Hare and ox.

There is two things that I think you got wrong:
1) AP or action potential is created by a different concentration within the neuron. there is a thing called a potassium- pump and this action potential is created thru a shift between the difference from the outside concentration of a cell compared to the inside concentration. So no large electrical current is there. Once the potencial has been created it already is vanishing below a certain mark before restoring. This means in conclusion that with the use of the chidori the user will certainly drain out every single cell to use it any after its use he will be dead since the decrease in cellular power is expected. In a nutshell if you use it with all the power left in your body you will die afterwards.
2) Water on itself isnt conductive at all. The ions you mentioned are so lightning should be the weakness of water.

I think chidori vs Rosengan is like comparing apples and oranges. Both are good but have different functions. Rasengan is an offensive move & chidori is an assassination move

Nice vid😆you forgot to mention that chidori is heavily based on velocity which is why you have to run so fast to use it at high power.Higher velocity, higher power.
