We no-poo people still wash our hair, just not with shampoo, the caption doesn’t make sense “my opinion on no shampoo”

Ive never heard one person say that. Women say that about our vaginas not our hair. It is bad to wash your hair constantly because it makes it produce more oil because your body thinks its not producing enough therefore making more to compensate.

this is partially true

if you use harsh shampoos it could damage your hair and you’d probably be better off not using shampoo

also water and conditioner can remove the smell
