What about doing outside yard work like using a weed wacker to edge a lawn. It kicks up a lot of dirt and dust and other things that get all over you. What would you do then?

I only use shampoo once a week but I go to the gym and sweat a lot in the sauna and doing other physical activities, I get dandruff and my hair starts to smell when I haven’t shampood it probably because of the sweat that dries
