Byju's claims if u dont like our product, u can return it within a certain period and get refund. But after selling it they don't respond if a parent wants refund. Their sales persons are shouted at for not meeting targets and also laid off. And here is a doctor's daughter who married her teacher (Mr. Byju) and is clearly enjoying her life.

The best way to improve the company's reputation is by having a good employee culture. You can't ignore the fundamentals and then do a Brut episode hoping that everybody see you in good light.
Also Brut, don't sell your ethics. Do your homework before you choose who you'd like to promote on your platform.

Fun fact: The govt school in this video where Byjus supposedly 'Teaches' everyday is Govt Primary School, Tubrahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore. The kids have absolutely no idea who they are. This was completely staged.
