Only the volume of person with life jacket increases.

Density of the person wearing the life jacket is much much less than the original mass per unit volume. When wearing a jacket, the volume increases making the Density decrease. (D♾1/V)

Density of person changes becoz the volume increases after wearing this life jacket but the mass in almost same as before so mass/volume = Density.
So the Density of the person decreases.

firstly I am confused about the question how density change of a person while he was wearing a jacket
maybe the answer is because when the person main to jacket it's part of the body and then it looked like wait push down the person inside the water but because of the phone and the jacket it float up words
