Mike one other issue: I always use full screen at your videos. But then the title of your video is at the same place as your formula bar. I don't know how to disable this, but could you take care of this when setting your record range? And of course always my suggestion to use range names (score) to avoid cell references ha ha...:) Keep the good work!!

Hi Mike, nice video again. If you use only one criteria you could have used COUNTIF in stead of COUNTIFS. But you did not mention this. Actually I think this is good. Let's say goodby to COUNTIF, and always use COUNTIFS, even for one criteria. So you and I don't have to explain the differences anymore. Or are there still Excel users with the 2003 version where this function (COUNTIFS) was not available?
