69. Mandukya Upanishad | Chapter 4 Karika 94-100 | Swami Sarvapriyananda

Swami Sarvapriyananda teaches one of the shortest and most profound upanishads accompanied with Gaudapada's Karika. This lecture covers Chapter 4 Karika 94-100.

Karika 94:
vaiśāradyaṃ tu vai nāsti bhede vicaratāṃ sadā |
bhedanimnāḥ pṛthagvādāstasmātte kṛpaṇāḥ smṛtāḥ || 94 ||

Karika 95:
aje sāmye tu ye kecidbhaviṣyanti suniścitāḥ |
te hi loke mahājñānāstacca loko na gāhate || 95 ||

Karika 96:
ajeṣvajamasaṃkrāntaṃ dharmeṣu jñānamiṣyate |
yato na kramate jñānamasaṃgaṃ tena kīrtitam || 96 ||

Karika 97:
aṇumātre'pi vaidharmye jāyamāne'vipaścitaḥ |
asaṃgatā sadā nāsti kimutā''varaṇacyutiḥ || 97 ||

Karika 98:
alabdhāvaraṇāḥ sarve dharmāḥ prakṛtinirmalāḥ |
ādau buddhāstathā muktā budhyanta iti nāyakāḥ || 98 ||

Karika 99:
kramate na hi buddhasya jñānaṃ dharmeṣu tāpi (yi) naḥ |
sarve dharmāstathā jñānaṃ naitadbuddhena bhāṣitam || 99 ||

Karika 100:
durdarśamatigambhīramajaṃ sāmyaṃ viśāradam |
buddhvā padamanānātvaṃ namaskurmo yathābalam || 100 ||
