Galaxy S10 Password to Restart bypass and Hard Reset

Here is how to power off the Galaxy S10,S10e,S10 Plus as well as other similar Android and Samsung devices without the password and perform a Hard reset.

You can't enter the menu of hard reset if there is already a password lock.

Doesnt work on S10+... whether or not I hold down Power and Volume Down, or Power and Volume Down and the Bixby Key, it just keeps restarting the device to the Samsung Galaxy S10+ splash screen. Perhaps this is for an earlier update.
