Galaxy S10/S10+/S10E: Forgot Password to Restart / Shut Down for Factory Reset?

It worked. I had to hold Bixby and Volune Up for about 10 seconds and it got to the right screen

Definitely helpful. The difference between this and other videos seems to be the volume down and power buttons to access the Reset function. Success on the 4th try! Still bummed about losing my messages :-(

It freakin worked! No one was able to help me and when I was trying this method I'd only get the download OS screen. But I just kept trying and and I finally got the timing right! After android 11 update, it is required to connect phone to computer too (or just anything that is not charger, in my case usb c pendrive worked fine).
