This worked for me, but I needed to hold Bixby, Volume Up, and also the POWER button to get to the reset menu. Needing to also hold POWER was not mentioned in the video.

Or you could have simple used up the 15 tries and then it would automatically factory reset which is waaaay less complicated then this nonsense video. Not to mention, the video is deceptive.
