The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

An idea for a video would be dividend payers where you analyze large maturing cash cow companies like Google and PayPal that seem to be in the position of starting to payout growing dividends soon. I’m new in investing and still doing my research.

Let me remind you: you bought PayPal at the beginning of last year when it was at around 80 USD (that's 25% down). And you shorted NVDA in 2023? 2023 doesn't look good for you. I still watch your videos and like them to double check my thesis, kinda like I watch Cramer.

Two main reasons why I am not buying:

PayPal Holdings annual stock-based compensation for 2023 was $1.475B, a 16.97% increase from 2022.

Competition: they don't have any specific advantage or moot, and solutions like Adyen will eat more and more market shares

Prior to Canadian bank allowing e transfers to companies or individuals, yes PayPal had its purpose, but today, with banks offering same service and in my case at no additional cost to myself or vendor, do not see a purpose for this service

Questionable moat, tons of competition, potential value trap….seems perfect

Since we're approaching April, one of the best months to buy stocks. I am currently holding north of $300k in a savings account waiting to invest in another huge opportunity.. Where would you invest this as of now?

The only reason im thinking to buy paypal is because its priced to zero growth company so it doesn't get worst than this .. all you need is a little bit of good news and slowly stock will be back up again

Hi, what is an entry price for Paypal?

I also like PayPal from a value perspective but it has a lot of overhead supply. There are so many buyers who want to get out of it at least break even. So if the stock rises, there are lots of sellers. I don’t think it will rise fast and will create an outperformance of the market. I‘m sitting on the sideline on my hands.

Paul, how about a reaction video to this morning Southwest major drop? As far as I understood, they are planning for the worst in terms on Boeing deliveries ...which could lead into nice surprise afterwards for investors if "the worst case" does not materialised. Not a bad strategy: are you planning on buying more?

We are on the same page I’m buying the farthest out leaps with a strike of $60 with the plan of getting 100 contracts. I’m confident it’s going to $100 over the next 24 months.

Problem I have is the stock isn't moving.. meanwhile btc has gone and almost 2xed in the last 4 months.. 😅 I love paypal on a fundamental basis but stocks don't always follow that rule

Need an update on pypl. To me, the chart screams it’s heading to $50. Curious to see where you see this going to.

Lots of people jump ship as soon as they feel a little bit of head winds... The old CEO had his focus on the customer base and improved customer's experience and overall, that's why the growth declined. With this new CEO, the focus is back on growing, but being profitable while doing so. He took over the ship in a pretty good condition and I have little doubts that he will be successful in his profitable growth strategy, since he doesn't have to fix anything really. They also sandbag the latest guidance, just one or two good quarters with over 10% growth, this stock will soar again. Cheers.

Based on your personal tolerance of risk, you may want to consider being riskier at a younger age with your investments. Greater risk increases your chances of earning greater wealth. Becoming more conservative with your investments as you grow older can be wise, especially as you near retirement age.

There is a good reason why is down. Apart of what you mentioned:
High repurchases, but number of shares outstanding is high due to huge stock-based compensation.
Braintree acquired at high costs while it still doesn’t pay off. Loosing on eBay connections.
Increasing competition. Questionable future, high risk.

Dude I love your videos! Just want to point out you are using Warren Buffet buying Blue Chip Stamp as an example of buying a declining business, and saying they still managed to get a 15% return is very misleading. In the article you highlighted did clearly shows that 15% return is because of all the things they did, which is taking BlueChip's float to invest in other companies and its not the result of BCS business by itself.
