Is it made out of 18 mm or 21 mm thick Plywood?

Workmanship is outstanding. But, imo, you have a design flaw. I would like to see you sit in a shop chair while at your workbench. I am saying you need more overhang with the worksurface, to make some room for your knees, when sitting and doing projects.
