Windows Update Stuck Downloading Updates in Windows 11 FIX

Command Used:
SC config trustedinstaller start=auto

If your updates are stuck downloading (1% or 99%) you can use the methods in this tutorial to fix the problem and download new Windows 10 updates.

If your Windows Update is showing available updates and your computer starts downloading them, it may happen that at some point it just gets stuck and stops downloading. It will show a constant figure but there will be no progress. The figure in your case could be 0%, 23%, 33%, or any other, but every time you try to download the updates, you find that they are stuck on that particular figure, even if you leave it for an hour or two.

Been having an issue with the 2023-09 (but if I recall also had the same issue with 07) that the update will just get stuck at some point.
Like at the moment it manages to download everything in the Settings window, it'll try to install and get stuck at 25%.
When this happens it spits out an install error 0x80070002.
I'll try out this method and see if it helps. I searched for an update again after closing cmd, if it doesn't work I'll restart and search again.

Im getting real tired of this shit. Almost every single cumulative update does this, i cant believe MS cant get this hot garbage right since windows 8...
