I’ve got this recent glitch where you can share your Internet to your other devices via a laptop, but the Internet on the laptop itself doesn’t work. I was told that updating windows will work, but not only did it search long for updates, it also didn’t want to update at all. But this video helped me a lot, thank you very much, kind sir.

This worked for me. The only change was i had to restart my computer after disabling the "on startup". That was the only way to stop the service, which was stuck in a "starting" state even after resetting my computer.
