I remembered the first that I took an interview in my mother language, even though some clumsy mistakes happened to me under high-pressure interview. so it would be harder when man is interviewed with foreign language. Keeping high Fluency of speaking for most people must be a big challenge. I can't imagine myself making an interview, that would be a lot of en, ah, en .
