Auto scrolling down or scrolling up is a common problem of laptop computer. And it's main cause is the laptop's keyboard. When a particular key damaged it can be pressing automatically by itself (laptop).
Here, disabling the particular problematic key is the best and easy way to solve this unexpected auto scrolling problem.

It won't be fair if I benefited from watching this video and it worked for me then I decide to simply walk away. I just found out it was my end button that was autoscrolling my PC. I have had to remove two buttons from my keyboard thinking they were the one responsible, the up and the down button, I can't even find those keys as they pop up and disappear. I can't thank you enough for this piece of insight. When I went to key tester, the page up key was clicking incessantly. That was my moment of realisation.
