This was a really fun change of pace. This lighthearted trendy type of video worked a lot better than I thought it would. Great job Meat Church team.

There's a lot more emphasis on having fun and being entertaining. I don't know what changed but I love it 😂

"Good thing we're not doin' this on a Sunday". Thanks, Matt. You just validated all of those condiment packages that have followed me home... 😂

What a fun challenge! I love it and this goes to show you that proper heat & smoke is priority #1. Rubs & sauce make for a unique taste but knowing how to cook is the key.

My grandpas secret ingredient to his bbq sauce was 5 packets of Arby’s sauce 😂

Awesome Matt, thanks for being bold enough to do a cook without your products. When did Chick filla start selling Miller Lite in a to go cup?? 🤣

wonderful test! I am glad the kids loved them. I am sure BBQ ribs are a dime a dozen down there, so to get that reaction was awesome.

Love it!! I like the experimenting videos (like the select brisket). It shows proper techniques are paramount the base product and or seasonings. Though, my spice cabinet has been full of Meat Church seasonings since 2020. Thanks for the great videos!

I shot a similar video (just using fast food sauces) a couple weeks ago. I did Arby's ribs and Chic-Fil-A ribs using their Polynesian sauce. The Chic-Fil-A ribs were actually pretty darn good! Cheers, Matt.

I once did country style pork ribs on a weber with SPG and Del Taco hot sauce! Fantastic!! Thanks Matt, for reminding me to try it again!

Very interesting video. Fast food condiments and sauce. I'm going to stick to Meat Church rubs and my homemade sauce on ribs and everything else I smoke on my Traeger. I have shared the W sauce with alot of friends that have smokers, and they absolutely love it. Academy has had to double their orders to keep up with the demand. The manager has used it on their demo cooks and sold out at every demo.
