I lived in Yonkers for the first 23 years of my life, and then in Brooklyn for 5 years, until I moved to Arizona, where I have lived for the past 43 years. I miss a lot of things about New York. It's a great place. . . if you can afford to live there (and don't mind snow in the winter).

I live upstate. During the pandemic, we were paid to be out of work, but could only travel within the state boundaries. So I went all over the state. It really is beautiful, we are blessed. Watkins Glen is incredible, like a mini Grand Canyon.

I am surprised that Saratoga didn't make the cut. Thousand Islands is lovely, so peaceful. Boldt Castle 💞is beautiful with a nice boat ride to the island, loved it, we've been a few times. NYC has so much! I've been many times and do something new each time I go. Watkins Glen is another winner. Thank you for such a positive presentation of the Empire State.

Great video! Growing up in Rockland County and going on road trips as a youth they’ve definitely missed a lot of spots. The city to me is overrated and too crowded. NY state is beautiful. Everything isn’t a tourist stop of course but it’s so much natural beauty and history 🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️❤️
