Best tasting cake in the word, no butter, no sugar, no flour. thank me later!

I never weighed any of mine i just judged it, and if it looked to wet ( add more oats) to dry ( add drop water ), ingredients to make 1 cake just double up if making 2.

Porrage oats.
2 eggs.
Pinch salt,
2 any flavour you like apples, batista salted caramel flavour, no added sugar.
baking powder.. drop water
chopp the apples small, no need to peel, but take the core out.
add oats, baking powder. Salt 2 beaten eggs. Mix all together. Get loaf tin and parchment paper, grease the paper, put sprinkle flour on, then tip flour off. Stop the cake sticking, put in the airfryer on 140 for half hour, and don't open fryer for that half hour, you can turn the cake but it is not necessary put back on ten mins stick knife in centre if knife comes out dry it is done leave to cool completely, so won't crumble ( That is the hard bit) bcoz you want to eat it lol...ENJOY!!

Got to say you bake like my lovely mam used to. She never measured anything & that’s how she taught me to cook too. We lost her to Alzheimer’s at the end of 2023 & I miss her so very very much x

15:31 You added some brown sugar. I havan’t bought that for years, because I found a very good almost zero calory product that I buy online. The one I get is called «Sukkr Gull» (Something like «SugR Gold»). It has 7 calories pr 100g and is made from erythritol, stevia glycosides, malt extract and glycerin. It has a very sugar-like flavor and can be used in the exact same amounts as you would use sugar. Mine comes in 500 grams bags. I buy mine online and there’s regularly specials, then I buy lots so I have for a year or two. Very nice!!! I bet you would love a sugar like that too!!! ❤❤❤

We’ve got loads of frozen stewed apples that came from our neighbour’s trees, I’m thinking this would work for my stewed apples without adding any water. Fantastic recipe, I will definitely try it!
