Lees Summit truly is a wonderful place to live. The downtown district is charming, schools are excellent and at 64 I still feel very comfortable and safe living here.😊

I lived in Rolla for many years.. Its close to some amazing places to camp. I also lived in Kirkwood when I was a kid. I was born and raised in Missouri. It is a beautiful state. I miss it.

Higginsville will always be "where I'm from" but I couldn't wait to get off the farm and see the rest of the world. The only thing I really miss is the fishing.

Of all the places I've lived, I miss Springfield, Missouri the most. If it weren't for family constraints, I'd move back yesterday!

You must be joking about Ferguson, Jennings, and Overland. I would never suggest anyone live there.

I lived and worked at Rolla (MO) for 18 years. It is a small city (~21, 000), but has decent city service (hospital, school, and univerity). Living cost is low, people are friendly. Purchasings are convinient, we have Lowes, Menards, Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, Kohl. The most I like is the wheather. We have 4 seasons, hot days (>90F) and cold days (<30F) are short (less than 30 days), mild in general. Safe is another good thing here.

I was born and raised in Missouri. Lived there through college and working as a researcher for the Dept. of Rural Sociology at the University of Missouri.in Columbia. "Street" Charles County??? That is "Saint" Charles Cunty. You immediately blew your credabiity. Lordy be, your second recomendation is Creve Couer. I lived with my mother in Creve Couer from 7/68-6/73, through high school (Parkway Central: '69) and college (Washington Univ. in St. Louis, BA '73). Are you aware that Columbia is neither the state capitol or located on the Missouri River? Why did you show it as being that? Also, it is pronounced "Missour-ee" or "Missour-ah, " not "Misery." Get your shit together.
