🍞dough
- 187g milk lukewarm (about 110℉)
- 150g lukewarm water
- 1 pack active dry yeast
- 12g sugar
- 36g extra-virgin olive oil plus extra for the bowl
- 9g salt
- 450g bread flour plus more for kneading
- 2g garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (0, 5g) dried rosemary, basil, or Italian seasoning

🧈filling
- 70g vegan butter softened (not melted)
- 1 tablespoon (4g) chopped fresh rosemary or use any of your favorite fresh herbs
- 2 tablespoons (8g) fresh chopped parsley
- 9g minced garlic or 1 head roasted garlic
- 1, 5g salt
- 112g shredded vegan parmesan or mozzarella (optional)
- olive oil or vegan butter to grease loaf tin

Oh my god this would be so good with tons of scallions. It would be a pull apart loaf that tasted like a dinner roll version of scallion pancakes. Amazing east/west mashup. (The thought of Cong you bing is something that sometimes wakes me up in the middle of the night.)
