The control panel is actually from 1994, it is used when settings app fails due to driver issues and there aren't many options. It is very stable so it will work 98% of the time.

windows dont auto install those, you might have a prebuilt soooo they just install those (the people who built the pc), and yes they get paid for those, windows didnt install those, blame the prebuilt builders. LMAO

I often build pcs for friends and family and for me the annoying thing about windows is setting it up but the bloatware usually only takes 5 mins to delete
