The suspect in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson has been identified as Luigi Nicholas Mangione — a 26-year-old Ivy League grad and seething anti-capitalist, cops and sources said.

Mangione, who is originally from Maryland, was arrested at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania after a quick-thinking employee alerted authorities to his whereabouts on Monday, police said.

He was ordered held without bail during his arraignment in a Pennsylvania court Monday evening.

The suspect was found with a a ghost gun, mask and writings linking him to last week’s deadly ambush outside a Midtown Manhattan hotel that sparked a massive days-long manhunt.

There are 25000 homicides a year in the U.S. It seems strange that we pick and choose the ones that involve the wealthy or the well-connected to solve quickly and focus on.

If he’s just a suspect, he should be allowed to run for president.

No jury of his peers will find him guilty.

This guys whole family, friends, and past associates saw his face posted online and said nothing. Meanwhile some random McDonald’s employee made him. That’s wild.

Why they try so hard for this rich guy? They don't try this hard for you every day families, victims of murdered as well. But because he's rich they take out all the skills. And you're telling me this guy made it that far without getting caught he had everything incriminating with him at McDonald's?

There should be a go fund me account for him. He would have to worry about legal costs or health care cost.
